Planned Buffet Packages

Our Planned Buffet Packages are for a minimum of seventy-five (75) guests. Our chefs will prepare approximately 10% over the guaranteed number of guests.


 

Pasta Buffet: 

     Spaghetti noodles, fettuccini noodles, ziti noodles, meat sauce, Alfredo sauce, Italian meatballs, grilled chicken, Parmesan cheese, French bread, fresh garden salad, lemon supreme cake, iced tea and water.


 

Southern Hospitality: 

         Southern fried chicken and oven roasted chicken, fresh garden salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, rolls, homemade peach cobbler, iced tea and water.


 

The Cookout: 

       Hickory smoked pulled BBQ, Pulled Chicken, buns, coleslaw, home-style baked beans, sweet corn on the cob, assorted potato chips, sock it to me cake, iced tea and water.

Catch of the Day Buffet:

     Fried catfish, French fries, coleslaw, hush puppies, white beans, fresh garden salad, chess pie, iced tea and water.


 

Country fried Buffet:

     Country Fried beef or pork steak with gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, pecan pie, rolls, fresh garden salad, ice tea and water.


 

Fiesta-Fiesta Buffet:

     Chicken and cheese quesadillas, beef tacos, chicken fajitas, re fried beans, Pico de Gallo, Spanish rice, sour cream, lettuce, nacho chips, salsa, margarita cake, iced tea and water.
